bloating/unusual bleeding

Hi everyone! - I'm a newcomer to this site, and I'm glad I found it. I've had my Mirena for two years now, and things had been going well up until four mo. ago. Since May, I've started to have what appears to be a monthly period. But up until then, had no periods whatsoever. I've also been more bloated this mo. than ever before. And lastly, can't seem to stop this need to pee. Has anyone out there experienced these problems? If so, please help. Thanks!
