Mirena :O(

I have been on Mirena for a little over a month and I feel like I'm having nothing but problems. The day after I had it inserted I called my doctor to have it removed due to an itching and poking feeling. She told me to wait a week or 2 to see how I was feeling. I made an appointment after the 2 weeks to have it removed. Her office was completely packed and she was running behind. I ended up leaving due to the massive anxiety attack I started having. I did not suffer from anxiety before getting on Mirena. Not only am I suffering from horrible anxiety, my hair is falling out in clumps, I am experiencing a thick mucousy sometimes bloody discharge, a very strong smell of iron and my stomach has been acting up. At fist I did not associate my stomach problems with Mirena but after lasting about 3 weeks I am thinking it's got to be the Mirena. I re read the insert from my doctor and none of the symptoms I am having are mentioned in the pamphlet. Has anyone else suffered from any of these symptoms? I have an appointment on the 22nd to have this thing removed.
