Mirena Removed!!!!

Hi, Just got my mirena removed after 3 yrs. My question is this. After the removal I spotted for about a day, and then bled for about four days. Nothing serious. Just some bleeding and a little clotting. Then for about a week no bleeding so we have been trying for another little one. Then boom, a week later bleeding again. I have been feeling like I might be pregnant, then the bleeding started again. Has anyone had this happen? should I get a pregnacy test? I don't know, so many questions, and my doctor can't really seem to answer them
