Mirena Hell
I got Mirena placed in July 2008. It felt like going through labor pains all over again, not to the fault of my gyn. I have gained 35 lbs. Turned into a miserable human being, truly, I have foul mood swings that are affecting every aspect of my life. I have also developed ovarian cysts. I have had the Mirena removed 16 days ago, and it so better. I want you all to know, I blead for the whole miserable 8 months I had that friggin thing in. Now its severely heavy. Clots literally the size or large grapes up to the size of a golf ball. I bleed constantly and it hurts like hell, which did I mention it hurt the whole time it was in,very crampy pains. I am now being pumped full of hormones to try and stop the bleeding, and pokedand prodded to get an endometrial biopsy. Never in my life have I had anything close to problemslike this, this is truly awful. Anyone else bleeding like this????
