Mirena Periods

Hey Well ok I've been bleeding for 22 days now I can't remember whats it like not to bleed. I've had the Mirena in for almost a month and I'm still cramping. Is a period suppose to last this long. (I JUST WANT THE BLEEDING AND CRAMPS TO STOP) Someone please help me
