I'm really surprised by the negative feedback on the Mirena. I think its an amazing product. I've been using them for seven years now and I have no complaints. My periods are practically non existent and I rarely have any cramps what so ever. My periods were generally pretty light before anyway so maybe that makes a difference but I would definately recommend this product to anyone. I'm going to use them until I get through menopause.
