blackouts, extreme, violent fits

My wife of 28 years has left me. She claims it was my violence. I, almost 3 times a week experience extremely violent fits, coming from me. These fits usually last about 20 or 30 minutes, and then i completely black out. My wife claimed that i hit her and my son in my blinding rage. Please help me, God, please help me
