Eczema

My 2-year-old son has a pretty bad case of eczema. Our primary care and dermatologist, both prescribe steroids and want hear nothing about diet, vitamins, etc. I don’t want to use steroid medication as I had to use myself it in the past, and I would recommend anyone to avoid it at almost any cost. My son’s diet is good, mostly fruits and vegetables. Any advice would be appreciated.
