What is best?

I definatly want a career in the health-field, and was thinking of being a doctor. I was into being a Naturopathic doctor, but I don't think I would be able to reach as many people with this profession, plus I would like to use modern medicine as well. So what is the best way to go so that I could combine natural and modern medicine?
