Use of Mirena IUD for heavy bleeding and constant pain

yes my advice is don't do it. I am a 38yr old woman that was having heavy bleeding and became iron deficient. My Dr wanted to put it in and my gut was telling me no. Now My tummy is bloated like I am 4mths pregnant, my hair is comig out in handfuls, I get a itchy burning to my skin and I am depressed and going down hill fast. Not to mention that my brest swoll 2x their size and I am bleeding since that day. It has been in for 2 months and my dr was hoping to bridge me for 5 yrs to preventl a hyster. I called "him" to talk to him about it and he says give it a yr. I am afraid to wait, I ll weigh 500lbs be bald and depressed. They can give the same drug in a oral form that is easily stopped. My Dr would not let me read the patient information before he put the IUD in and after I began have symtpms went to the Mirena website to find out that this could happen. IT all is right on the leaflet. And reading all the thing here on Mirena, it is not the great drug they think it is. Viensfamily@gmavt.net So I say look at other choices.
