painful cramping in newborn

My 4 week old goes through bouts of screaming, turns red and clenches his body up. E very episode is followed by a watery bowel movement. I have eliminated cows milk from my diet for 2 weeks with no change. Chiropractic care didn't seem to resolve the symptoms either.
