pains in arms and legs anyone?

I've had mirena for two years and initially was very pleased with no periods & no worry about pregnancy. I've had some strange symptoms for past 6 months or so and my own doctor is now questioning if it might be mirena?!!! I don't sleep well and am exhausted all the time; my legs and arms feel tight and sore; I have no sex drive whatsoever; my boobs have gone from a B cup to a DD bup which wouldn't be so bad if they weren't so tender all the time! Recently I've had some symptoms which are like IBS (in loo up to 5 times a day, very loose & cramping in that area - although not stomach). I am aware of my mirena - when I get cramps and and sometimes feel it against my bowels. Is it possible that it's moved and is causing these probs? Anyone else had these arm and leg pains with the exhaustion?

By the way I am in the UK and I don't think it will be a problem to get it removed so should I just go ahead?
