Parkinson's Disease

I was diagnosed with Parkinson's about 1 year ago (my first symptoms appeared 5 years ago). I take Sinemet CR. It is a great help to me. However, I realize that eventually it will cause more problems for me (dyskinesias). Is it possible to use Naturopathic treatments to help preserve my brain & neurons? Is there any possibility of eliminating the levodopa?
