Post removal no period

I was just wondering how long it takes to get your period after removal? I had the mirena removed about 6 weeks ago and bled about 3 days afterwards. I still have not had a period since. I am getting a little concerned or does it take time before you cycle normally? Can you get pregnant without a normal cycle?
