Pressure in chest

Apart from irregular bleeding most symptoms have disapeared But I have one that is driving me mad. Please let me know if any of you are experienceing a feeling of great pressure in the middle of your chest. I cannot sleep when its at its worst. I wriggle around uncomfortablely for hours. It is worse during the monthly spotting. I also feel bloated and cannot eat much beyond mid day.
