rash on arms and legs?

i have posted a few times but i have not seen were anyone has had this rash.it looks like red circles under the skin ,does not itch you can not even feel it.it went to my legs also.the dr. told me to give it two weeks to clear up after i had my iud out. still waiting it been 5 days.any one else out there with this promblem?
