removed mirena

I had my mirena inserted about 10 months ago.Things were fine until about 6 weeks ago.I have had irregular pulse,dizziness,pains in arms legs,and chest.I have had terrible fatigue,and headaches.I was evaluated 2 or 3 times and everything came out normal.The doctors told me it couldnt be the mirena.I have no history of any problems.I had the mirena removed,and still not feeling normal.Has anyone had these same side affects?D anyone know how long it takes to return to normal?
