still no period

I had the mirena removed almost 9 weeks now. I had some light bleeding after removal but no I have had no spotting or period since. But i feel some cramping, this past week. My breasts are not sore at all. What is going??? I feel like i could be getting my period BUT NOTHING!!! What should i do now?
