To quote the CDC M.D. who lectured us recently on strep, it is a big, dumb beastie who stills dies from something like amoxicillin.

Since raw garlic kills everything amoxicillin does (with the exception of pseudomonas) it would be one of my first lines of defense. However, since garlic burns a sore throat, there are a range of other antibiotic herbs that could be useful. Contact your local N.D. for more help.
