If I hadn't found this site I think I would have ended up depressed, divorced and really heavy. I thought it was all in my head since my drs. office didn't have any other women taking out their Mirena due to side effects. I've only had it in two months and I've been moody, depressed, no sex drive, round bloated tummy and so hungry I could eat a car. Basically, I feel pregnant all the time. I haven't stopped bleeding and I've lost hair, but to be fair, I lost hair after my first baby and I wasn't on BC then. My husband has been really patient and I think this experience has convinced him to get snipped! I'll re post soon and tell everyone how long it took to feel "normal" again.
