Usually to have that level of reaction one needs to be experiencing either a central nervous system response, a histamine induced allergic response, or both. It seems less likely that everything you are taking is crossing the blood/brain barrier, so the first possible culprit is a liver reaction or a wide spread allergic reaction.
Bottom line is that the treatment you are getting isn't working. A simple trial of an anti-inflammatory diet, combined with -gasp- an antihistamine, might give you relief.
It's time to seek another doctor's opinion.
