What about residency?

Do you think a 1-2 year residency would be enough to fill the learning gap, particularly one in an established private clinic? That should give more experience and mentoring.
Or do you think experienced naturopaths still don't have the depth of knowledge/experience that an NP or physician would?

I'm willing to tough out a few hard years, work hard to supplement my knowledge, etc. But, the cost of ND education is high and I think that cost demands a certain quality of education.

Any regrets or anything you'd do differently?
