yeast infection

I am on my second perscription of antibiotics due to a sinus ear infection. Before starting the antibiotics I was trying to combat the congestion with nasal sprays, and pseudomedaphrine (sp?). I was pretty darn sick, with a cough added to the symptoms for the third time in the month, so I went for the antibiotics. I do not have a spleen and fight infections regularly. I have been hospitalized many times for the infections. Now I have itchy skin and scalp. Vaginal and bottom raw and itchyness. My whole right side of my body is soar and puffy feeling, especially under my armpits, breast, behind my knee, in my wrist and ankle and cheek area. I do have two areas in my mouth where I have cavities or previous infected teeth that are especially tender. My face feels and looks puffy on both sides. Still I am congested on the right side and have ear pain. What should I do that I am not doing already?
