Posted by Tara on 08/29/02 at 11:32 PMMy 14 yr. old daughter had protein show up in her urine last year during a check up for school.....dip-stick showed a 2+ we did the 24 hrs. test and was still there..we saw Doctor from Duke...said not to worry no other symtoms...see us in yr....we just checked again..dip-stick shows 3+...have a appt. in Oct. with specialist...but not going to wait...will try to get her in somewhere else..she has some bouts with nausea.....does this sound familiar?? she is small for her age ....only 83 lbs...VERY active...looking for other info??
