My son is 5 years of age and has had excema all his life. We have tried everything and spent a lot of money doing so. We have tried everything from steriod creams to natural products with no real result. We lived in Victoria and found that every winter we were in for hell and we had spent time in the royal childrens hospital for weeks during the winter seasons to try and help him. In the end the doctors at the hospital said that there was no much more that they could do for us. They did suggest that we move into warmer weather and away from the cold. We packed our bags and have moved to Far North Qld. The best move that we ever did. We have not seen any excema for over 6 months. We have been in QLD for some 12 months now. My advise is to give up on the creams and the crap that they give you and move to warmer weather. My son swims in the pool every day which is salt and then we put some QV bath oil in after his swim into his bath and we have not seen it for ages. Good luck and believe me there is light at the end of the tunnel.
