Diet also helps.
Try and eat more omega 3 and 6 essential Fatty Acids which are said to be lacking in excema people. I get mine in Sunflower seeds, nuts and linseed seeds. Put in delicious flapjacks!
Also try to eat moreoils in fish. I have also switched to spread with more fats in than sunflower spread. I have found this all helps.
