Hi there i have also got excema all over the body and it is very distressing i understand. I was in hospital 5 times last year and often the doctor would say i need to manage my skin more and i was my thoughts were i felt frustrated because there is only locoid 1% and then beta cream which is a strong steroid cream and then my skin becomes immune to the cream and the cycle starts again. This is what i do i drink plenty of water and have three capsules i take every day which is fish oil, evening primrose oil and flax seed oil, I also dont forget to slather myself with 50/50 cream which is soft parafin and something else i cant remember right now. It is really important to keep skin well moisterised so it doesnt become dry and crack. I also become depressed with it because i feel i look so bad and the smell of the skin in the morning upsets me (because of the acidity in body) Make sure u dont eat too much sugary foods too because it makes the skin itchy. I try and listen to relaxing music at night time to help me relax oh and something else i also take vitamin b12 to help out with lowering stress levels please email me if u would like to as i enjoy talking to people who have excema because i feel other people dont know what it is like to have excema
THanks again i hope its helped
