I was 21 when i got it started on my hand, then when i was 23 i got it all over my legs and arms and hands. I use Hydrocortizone and it just helps temperarly. it just doesn\'t seem to got away. I regularly use cocoa butter lotion and it seems to sooth. Try Palmers Cocoa butter lotion it really works.
