It has been suggested that the following foods or drink trigger the excema breakout: cow\'s milk, eggs, wheat, nuts, strawberries and shrimp. This; however, may not be the case for you. You will need to take a personal account of the foods that bring about your allergic reaction. Keep in mind that this is just one part of the problem. In order for you to successfully heal the disease, you need to treat the whole problem. For excema sufferors, the skin is dehydrated and needs replenishing; thus the need to treat the internal as well as the external because one plays off of the other. Therefore, by treating the deficiency that caused the excema, you actually heal the skin of the disease. So, understand that when your resistance is low, the skin is dehydrated, the moisture barrier (protector) is depleted, and now things that don\'t bother others, give you an allergic reaction. If you just treat the symptom, you\'ll only get temporary relief. If you treat the whole, you will find healing. Please take a look at the message I posted on the fourth of July, where I go into more detail. Be sure not to use any lotions or creams with steroids in them and drink water to clean the body of harmful toxins and replenish the moisture. Just to provide you with the knowledge of the lotion that worked (in two weeks) for my family is not enough. Wisdom and understanding of the skin is what you need in order to successfully heal the skin of the excema. Again, please take a look at the message I posted on the fourth of July where I did a detailed outline of what research and personal experience has taught me.
