Hi Claire, A book that might help you is \"Healing Psoriasis\" by Dr. Pagano. This book also discusses the treatment of eczema, since psoriasis and eczema share a root cause- leaky gut syndrome. You might also start taking a good probiotic which could help. Avoid dairy, since many cases of eczema are actually food allergies. Wear natural fibers (like cotton) that allow the skin to breathe. In our case, we found acidic foods like cooked tomatos were also very bad for eczema, and SUGAR is the worst! Stay away from that as much as possible. Good luck, Laurie
