Treament like White field,E45 and others all failed.The joint of another arm was also affected. My mum has it around her neck. It is always inching too much and when i scrutch it i fell relieved but ofcourse with too much pain(it burns). It brings water and mild blood as the skin is damaged after scutshing it .It is always so dry. One day a Dr. gave me DETNOVATE CREAM and its the one that cools it. THE QUESTION IS. IS THIS ECZEMA? Gps are not of any help. Can you help?
