Posted by rachel on 08/10/04 at 05:19 AMyes, welbutrin does cause hair loss. The side effect is listed on the welbutrin website even, so any doctors saying otherwise are wrong. My hair loss began after 2 weeks of taking welbutrin and the hair loss was substantial.
