I\'ve been on Wellbutrin for five years and a few months. My hair has been falling out all along although it first took me a while to notice it, and then I didn\'t connect it to the Wellb. I saw a dermotologist and he said it was hereditary. (My shrink insisted it isn\'t the Wellb, but I know he\'s wrong after reading so many other people with the same problem.) After the Wellb. I started taking birth control pills, which often make people\'s hair fall out, and I was very quickly almost bald! That\'s when I went to the dermotologist, who told me to start using Rogaine. So I did, and I\'ve used that for years now. I also dropped the birth control pills pretty quickly. My hair has definitely come back from its low point - it\'s still way too thin, but it\'s okay. On balance it\'s worth it to me, for the no more depression (without losing my sex drive) and the weight loss. I just hope that the hair comes back if/when I ever stop taking the Wellb. But I can live with it how it is, and the rogaine has helped I think. Another thing that\'s helped is changing my showerhead. I used to have a really hard shower, and there\'s always be tons of hair in the tub after. Now I have a much softer one, and I lose much less hair every day and plus have noticed that it looks better.
