Posted by marcella on 04/12/05 at 09:37 AMI used to wrap a child at my nursery with a bandages drenched in cream to keep the skin moist. i dont remember what the cream was but she couldnt scratch it to make it infected and the skin recovered quickly after a week then she went back to her normal cream without bandages. also have you tried changing their diet ie fish, veg, soya milk, no dairy and sensitive washing powder on their clothes and only cotton sheets and clothing
