Best thing of all was a chlorine removing shower filter (I got mine from nationalallergy.com) that cleared up most of it - amazing difference. I also get a small bit of sun on my skin and have no rash at all until winter, however as winter gets in I have it bad on my legs only still and am trying to find something for that, am looking into natural teas and salve on motherearth.com to try or maybe something I found today called Epitrex not sure if it will be good or not. Last note is that cortisones and even non cortisones like Elidel worked at first but declined and became neeed for more, and are likely to cause big health probs later.
