Seroquel

my son has been diagnosed as Bipolar. I originally took him to a psychiatrist for ADHD and he was given Seroquel and is not yet being treated for ADHD. HE is 9 years old and is on 800mg of Seroquel each day. In the last few weeks he has become increasingly depressed and angry. I know when I take him to his next doctors appointment she will want to increase his medicine again. My feeling is to tell the doctor no more increases and no more drugs, he is worse now than he ever was and is still not being helped with his ADHD. I know seroquel is fairly new but I am scared to have someone so young on such a high does for who knows how long. Also isn\'t it my right as a parent to tell the doctor no more as long as my sons life is not in danger? Any comments and suggestions are appreciated.
