Multi-vitamin/minerals
Posted by David on 08/30/02 at 07:28 AMI\'m trying to find out if the cheap synthetic multi-vitamin/mineral supplements that you can get at walmart are just as good as the \"natural\" multi supplements sold through mlm programs. I\'ve heard synthetics can be treated as toxins by the body, and I\'ve heard that they work just as well as natural supplements. Any advice? Thanks.
