Not to disagree with Ray Sanchez, but high protein in the urine is not by itself an indication of diabetes. If you have diabetes it can be a sign of the diabetes getting worse.

I would contact the prescribing physician twice a day until you get the answers you need. It is a doctor\'s job to provide service, and you are the doctor\'s employer. Get service or get a new doctor.
