Hi:
I\'m about to start training for my first marathon. I weight train 5-6 days per week.
I don\'t really want to give any of that up, but I\'m thinking it may use up alot of my energy.
I run 3-4 days a week, anywhere from 3-9 miles per run, depending on my time schedule. My weight lifting doesn\'t seem to get in the way of my energy level for that.
