Most of your green products are a combination of powdered young grasses that contain a powerful anti-oxidant. In overdose, I have had patients go into a detox illness reaction as their bodies flush out fat stored pesticides,etc. I also have patients who experience allergy reaction to the grasses as they would air borne pollens. I personally like them occasionally, but I prefer to get my antioxidants from the berry and vegetable families.
