We have had great results using a combination of prescription westcourt and elidel as well as an over the counter lotion called cetaphil. While neosporian has helped clear up her excema, our doctor explained that cronic use of neosporian, an antibiotic cream, will cause her to build a resistance to antibiotic creams and should not be used.
