Posted by Joe on 01/23/05 at 04:03 PMHey, i\'m 19 years old and have had excema for around five years. I used to have it quite severely on my arms around my elbows and on my legs. I\'ve been using a \"Hydrocortisone Butyrate\" Lipocream cream for a while now, and my condition has been severly decreased. The only problem is that i can\'t seem to get rid of the last remaining areas of it. I think i am becoming less responsive to the cream i am using.
