I have this stuff on the palms of my hands and it cracks open all the time. I went to my doctor and she put me on some steroids, once I got prone to them and started \"growing\", I went on some steroids cream that my specialist from Calgary game me, which is not working anymore either. I have no idea how this works, But I do think that the environment has a lot to do with it. When it is sunny an d nice, you can not tell that my hands have this problem but when it snows or gets cold, the crack up and bleed so bad. I need some sort of cure!!
