When it gets real bad I use a steriod cream or the doc puts me on a cycle of steriods. I can not even wash my hands when Im out in a public place. Also I just realised that the water pill I take for dieting really starts it up bad. I did not have any flare ups at all while I was pregnant and I really wonder what that has to do w/it. I swear by dove and eucerine.. Good luck all
