Posted by Haley on 04/16/05 at 08:54 PMyea i know exactly what you\'re talkin about but im only 12 and i\'ve had it for the past 5 months it SUCKS!! it flares up around my lips and elbow pits and especially my neck. and the bridge to my nose and eye bones are always dry. this doesnt cure but it helps. i use petroleum jelly on my lips, vasoline intensive care lotion, and to add oils to my skin since its dry i use durgens lotion and ponds lotion. and my doctor prescribed me Noritate medicine that i can only put on my neck and arms. dont put it on your face because it will change the color pigment.
