i\'m 22 and have been a \"victim\" of excema for over a decade. recently it has gotten quite bad but i find the best things to do are wash the affected area with natural soap then moisturise - i find cocoa butter works the best. i try not to use hot water as i find it makes it worse. during the day i use zinc cream or aloe vera gel which is the best cos it cools and soothes the itchiness. another thing i do is get an icepack and wrap it around the area as it numbs it as well as use sunburn creams which are cooling and most have an antiseptic which also numb. recently i went on holidays to thailand and it was really humid and hot weather which made me sweat a lot but my excema suprisingly cleared and i had no problems until i came back to australia!! Go figure!!
