HI, I have had excema now for going on 4 years and I can understand exactly where you are coming from! First of all, I personally have flare ups when I stress out about things and can\'t stop thinking... when I can\'t stop thinking I stratch!! So maybe if your excema is caused by stress this may be your reason too. If it is, try exercising if you don\'t already. Going for walks is one thing that will reduce your stress levels. As for the blisters, I use bandaids myself for the same reasons as you but really we shouldn\'t do it. I went into hospital with my skin once and was in there for a week. This seems to help with me so give it a shot. I would bath in Condies crystals in the morning and Cottonseed Oil at night and then I would put creams on (moisturiser) and get bandages, wet them and put them over my body and sleep with them on... the cool touch on your skin relieves the itch as well. When I was in hospital I was wearing these bandages all the time so if you can do that great but if not, just sleep with them on for a week and see how it goes.
