Posted by kelly on 12/25/05 at 09:09 PMi don\'t think most of the stuff in zantrex-3 is banned. most of it is natural herbs that basically have the same effect as caffeine. zantrex-3 is basically a pill containing a lot of caffeine (like 3 or 4 cups of coffee). i dont think that zantrex-3 is bad for you, people react to caffeine differently. you just need to know what your body can handle. if you have bad side affects than dont take it. im not 100% positive on all the stuff, but i have looked up a lot of the stuff - and zantrex-3 is basically just caffeine. so you could save a lot of money by just making lots of coffee or tea.
