I have no appetite what so ever, and when I am actually hungry I can only eat 1/2 (if I\'m lucky)of what a regular serving would have been. I had a VERY bad anxiety attack last nigh(day 2) so I came on the web sight to see if that was a side effect. It is, an it sucks. If I finish the bottle, I won\'t take it again, but I only have about 10 pounds to lose, so it should work for me.stay active, eat well, an no deprevation!! Be sensible when you splurge, and only allow yourself 1 day a week to do it. Weight loss sucks, but someone has to do it, or Dr. Atkins would go broke....
