It really works but you will have a few minor side affects like excessive urine because you will need to drink lots of water with the product. At first you will have the jitters but just cut back on your dosage until your body can handle it. I am working out and eating better so when I stop taking the product I will be in the habit of doing what it takes to keep the fat off. Hang in there!
